Just wanted to say I am super impressed with the service I received. I ordered online on a Friday at lunch time, received a phone call that same afternoon advising all products were in stock and I could have it delivered on the Monday. Due to renovating I asked for delivery the following Friday and my furniture was delivered within the window time by lovely staff. The Benson range is really lovely, thank you! - - Jennifer V.

I just wanted to say that you guys are absolutely incredible. I ordered my new office chair on Sunday and next thing I know I had it on Monday morning before 10.00am even. That was fantastic. I have assembled the chair (which was very simple) and it is just great. I had a phone call from you early on Monday morning letting me know what was going on (something most companies now refuse to do) and you were absolutely true to your word. This was the first time I have bought anything from you but it most certainly will not be the last. I really thought good old fashioned customer service was dead but to my great surprise you have proved me wrong. Keep up the great work and I look forward to being a customer again soon! - David G.

My girl and I would like to say a huge thank you to Cathy at the Ulladulla store for her excellent customer service and outstanding advice on our new lounge that we have purchased on Monday 9/11/2020. She went out of her way in giving us the best deal possible and being able to have our lounge delivered in just two days after purchase. I would like to voice my absolute appreciation of the excellent service I have had from start to finish with Pacific furniture Tumut. Geraldine is a fantastic saleswoman, and I ended up buying things there that I hadn't intended to buy but which are lovely all the same. She was so professional, helpful and just an all round great person to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. She even allowed me to pick up my mattress after hours as otherwise I would have been sleeping on the floor on moving day! (and came down to the store on her own time to do so)
When the delivery men came, they arrived after I had had a long, exhausting stressful day at work and an hour's commute. They were great, cracking jokes and getting the job done again very quickly and efficiently and arrived dead on time. They were very careful with my things and again nothing was too much trouble. As they could see that I was stressing because some of the stuff was in a flat pack,,and I am on my own (standing 5 ft tall and weighting 50 kilos) the young lad stayed behind to put it together for me, and they took away the cardboard/plastic packaging as well!
I was in the store again yesterday as I still need a few things. I bought two wall units and had arranged delivery for next week. I just got a call from Geraldine, telling me that she will be in Gundagai tomorrow and will drop them off for me, to save me waiting until next week. Where in the world nowadays do you get such service? I knew there was a reason I came back to live in this part of the world. - Veronica

We dealt with David who was just amazing in his customer service - going well beyond our expectations and responsive and informative in our interactions. We would like to commend the employees with whom we dealt on Wednesday when purchasing a new bed from your store. The sales staff, in addition to being knowledgeable regarding the stock and its availability, sorted out the gift card problem with several calls while we waited.
We were delighted with the promptness that delivery was arranged following our purchase. Your delivery staff are an absolute credit to you. Both boys, Mark and Andrew were efficient, very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble in delivering the new bed and removing the old one. Even when I pointed out that the wrong base had been delivered, they immediately got on their phone and sorted it out. The returned early this morning with the correct base and again, their lovely manner was a joy to experience.
Talk about customer service - Pacific Furniture definitely leads the way and is the best experience we have had in a long time. - Dennis & Marg

We needed furniture and were unable to wait for orders due to the availability of our rental truck on that day. We bought some floor stock furniture and because of our time restrictions with the rental truck your sales consultants assisted us by getting the furniture we had bought into the truck. Can I just say an ABSOLUTELY HUGE THANK YOU TO YOU, MATT AND LEIGH for an outstanding level of customer service, attention to detail and just downright sheer kindness with the purchase process, delivery, the putting together of the furniture.
Not to mention the extra help on Saturday that the boys agreed to with removing some furniture from my house beforehand and then actually putting together the dining table which required the fixing of a couple of braces underneath with a drill and extra screws because they weren’t in the pack!
Unbelievable service and incredible attention to detail – I cannot over state how impressed I was.
Can I just say, that if you ever opened a shop in Bendigo, you would blitz the competition in terms of customer service which would no doubt give you the competitive edge up here, and you’d certainly have my support!
So sincerely, thanks again, I am absolutely wrapped with the furniture selection that you helped me with and Julia, the grey couches are PERFECT!
So glad I didn’t go with the brown and I’ve got a brilliant rug coming from The Rug Collection (called the IKAT MOTIFS if you’re curious….) which picks up all the colors of the furniture and will finish off the room brilliantly. I am absolutely wrapped. - Melita
